99baji Terms and Conditions

1 Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 99baji platform and its users. 99baji is an online gaming and betting platform that provides cricket betting, slots, live casino and many other gaming experiences for Bangladeshi users.

In these terms, "Platform" refers to the 99baji website, mobile app and all related services. "User" or "Member" refers to any person registered on the platform. "We", "Company" or "99baji" refers to the entity operating the platform.

2 Registration Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use the 99baji platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age ("For Ages 21 and Above Only").
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh and comply with applicable local laws.
• You must not be a person whose account was previously cancelled by 99baji for any reason.
• You are opening the account in your own name and for yourself — not on behalf of a third party.
• Each user may operate only one account.

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. 99baji reserves the right to cancel an account if incorrect information is provided.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You are fully responsible for any activity carried out using your account.

• Do not share your account details with any third party.
• Report any unauthorised access to your account to 99baji immediately via live chat.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Logging in from multiple devices is possible, however 99baji may deactivate multiple simultaneous sessions.

3.1 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Each person may operate only one account. If evidence of multiple accounts is found, 99baji may cancel all accounts, forfeit all bonuses and hold the associated funds. If multiple registrations are made from the same household or the same IP address, 99baji may request additional verification.

4 Payment Terms

The following payment methods are currently supported on 99baji:

• bKash
• Nagad
• Rocket
• Bank Transfer

All payments are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Standard withdrawal processing time is 30 minutes to 3 hours.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless there is a different applicable reason. Users must use a payment account registered in their own name.

5 Welcome Bonus Terms and Conditions

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times (25x).

For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳2,000 → Total Balance ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳10,000 → Bonus ৳8,000 → Total Balance ৳18,000 (bonus capped at maximum limit)

The bonus applies only once per member on their first deposit. Attempting to claim the bonus through multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.

5.1 VIP Program and Cashback

99baji has five VIP tiers, with weekly cashback benefits applicable at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

VIP tier progression is determined by a member's gaming activity and contribution. 99baji reserves the right to change the cashback calculation terms.

6 Fair Play Policy

99baji is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games and their outcomes are determined by the rules and technology of the applicable game providers.

• If a technical error occurs in a game result, 99baji may cancel that round and refund the bet amount if necessary.
• If the connection is lost during a game, the game will be completed automatically upon reconnection.
• If there is a dispute over the result of a specific game, the game provider's log data will be considered final.

7 Responsible Gaming Policy

99baji believes that gaming is purely a form of entertainment and should under no circumstances be considered a source of income. We encourage members to play responsibly.

• Members may request that deposit limits, loss limits or session time limits be set on their accounts.
• A self-exclusion process is available for temporarily or permanently closing an account.

8 Full List of Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Any form of fraud, manipulation or dishonest activity.
• Playing with bots, automated software or artificial intelligence.
• Any attempt at money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors or bugs in the platform.
• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Unauthorised access to another member's account or any attempt at hacking.
• Infringement of the platform's copyright or intellectual property.
• Operating an account on behalf of a person under 21 years of age.
• Threatening, harassing or abusive behaviour toward any other member or staff.

9 Collection and Use of Personal Data

Personal data collected during registration and use is used by 99baji solely for the purposes of providing services, identity verification, fraud prevention and fulfilling legal obligations.

10 Disclaimer of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 99baji is not liable for:

• Potential losses resulting from games being interrupted due to internet connection issues.
• Service delays or failures by third-party payment providers.
• Losses resulting from cyber attacks or unforeseen technical failures.
• Account information leakage or loss due to the user's own negligence.
• Service unavailability during the platform's scheduled maintenance periods.

99baji is not liable under any circumstances for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11 Conditions for Account Cancellation & Suspension

99baji may suspend or cancel an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent activity or suspicious gaming patterns.
• Suspicion of money laundering or other illegal activities.
• Registration using incorrect or false information.
• Due to prolonged inactivity (no activity for at least 12 months).

Users may also request account closure at any time via live chat. An opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be provided before the account is closed.

12 Terms & Conditions Update Policy

99baji reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified via email or a notice on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after changes are published will be considered as your acceptance of the updated terms and conditions. If you do not agree with the new terms, you have the right to close your account.
